The Grief Kit is a resource created to support medical trainees navigating grief, loss, and the in-between moments that often go unspoken in medicine. Through personal narratives, reflections, and practical tools, this project aims to create space for connection, understanding, and compassion.
We created this as something we wished we had—a space to pause, reflect, and feel a little less alone.
We hope it offers you whatever you may need in this moment.
